Shipping Charges Ashley's Gift Gallery ships by UPS and in some cases the USPS is used. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.00. Express orders will incur an extra charge. Ashley's Gift Gallery will email you the extra charges for express shipping. We only ship to the continental United States at this time. Average Shipping Times Most products ship within 3 to 4 business days. The average time for delivery is 7 to 14 days. Exceptions, such as freight items or items that are made to order, we will contact you if it will be longer than 3-4 business days. Express shipping is also available. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified within 24 hours, and will have the opportunity to cancel your order.
Shipping Multiple Items Multiple items ordered from Ashley's Gift Gallery might arrive at different times. Products from the same manufacturer will usually arrive on the same date. Products from different vendors may arrive on separate dates.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes We cannot ship to post office boxes at this time. If you place an order and list a Post Office Box in your "ship to" address, we will contact you for a different address. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, we will cancel your order.
RETURN POLICY We want you to love your purchases, and we offer a limited 30-Day money-back guarantee returns policy. For returns on items that are not damaged or defective, please contact a customer service representative within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise via email at customerservice@ashleysgiftgallery.com or call us at 877-216-2224. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions for returning the item to us. We charge a 15% restocking fee for all non-defective items that are returned but not exchanged for other merchandise from the same manufacturer. This covers the cost that the manufacturer charges us for sending back a non-defective item. The shipping charge will not be refunded. Items damaged because of improper use cannot be returned.
